When will my order be delivered?

Most orders are processed and packaged within 1–2 business days after being placed.
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor its progress in real time.U.S. Orders:
Standard shipping typically takes 3–7 business days once the package has left our fulfillment center.
Delivery times may vary slightly depending on your location, carrier delays, or peak holiday periods.
If you choose priority shipping at checkout, your order will generally arrive within 2–4 business days once shipped.

Can I Return my product?

Yes — we want every customer to be happy with their order! If you’re not completely satisfied, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
  • A reasonable reason for return must be provided when you contact us (for example: damaged on arrival, wrong item received, or not as described).
  • You must contact our team at contact@mexiessentials.com to receive return approval before sending anything back.
    Once your return is approved, we’ll provide you with a prepaid return shipping label so the package can be dropped off at your local post office.

    After the returned item is received and inspected, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Please note:

  • Return shipping costs may apply and can be deducted from your refund unless the return is due to our mistake.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • Certain items may be refundable without the need to return them, depending on the situation and product type.
  • Opened or used consumable items (such as powders, supplements, or beauty products) cannot be returned for safety reasons.

  • Store credit if you prefer
