How It Works
1. Choose Products – Add eligible Autoship & Save items to your cart and select the Autoship option.
2. Set Your Schedule – Pick your quantity and delivery frequency. Adjust anytime in My Account → Autoship & Save.
3. Save Automatically – Get 6% off your first subscription and 10% off all future Autoship orders.

How do I cancel my subscription?
How to Manage or Cancel
- Go to My Account → Autoship & Save.
- Open the Subscription tab and find the subscription you want to update.
- Select Cancel Subscription to end it.
- Or choose Skip Next Delivery or Edit Subscription to adjust frequency instead.
How do I change the frequency of deliveries?

- Under Quantity & Frequency, use the Delivery every dropdown to choose your preferred schedule.

How do I skip my next delivery?
How to Skip a Delivery
- Go to My Account → Autoship & Save.
- Open the Subscription tab.
- Select Skip Next Delivery for the subscription you want to skip.
How do I change the quantity of an item(s) in my subscription?
How to Update Quantity
- Go to My Account → Autoship & Save.
- Open the Subscription tab and select the subscription you want to update.
- Under Quantity & Frequency, use the Quantity dropdown to choose how many items you’d like per delivery.
- You can also adjust the Delivery every dropdown to change how often it ships.
How do I change the shipping address for my subscription?
Updating Your Shipping Address for Autoship & Save
For Existing Addresses
- Go to My Account.
- Select Address Book (desktop), Profile (mobile), or Account Information (app).
- Click the Edit (✏️) icon next to your shipping address.
- Update your address and select Confirm.
For a New Address
- Go to My Account → Address Book/Profile/Account Information.
- Click the Add (+) icon, enter your new address, and confirm.
- Then go to My Account → Autoship & Save → Subscription tab.
- Select the subscription you want to update and choose the new shipping address under Shipping Address.
Important Notes
- Only previously saved addresses can be applied to subscriptions.
- If you add a new address, you’ll need to re-enter your credit card before it can be used.
How do I change the payment method for my subscription?
Updating Your Payment Method
For a New Card
- For security reasons, you’ll need to place an order with the new card first.
- At checkout, select “Save card for future purchases.”
- Once saved, you can update your subscription payment method.
For an Existing Card
- Go to My Account → Autoship & Save.
- Open the Subscription tab and select the subscription you want to update.
- Under Payment Method, choose a previously saved card.
Important Notes
- Only saved payment methods can be applied to subscriptions.
- Updates are limited to credit cards.
- For PayPal or Apple Pay, you’ll need to cancel your current subscription and re-subscribe using your preferred method (one-click resubscribe available).
Will I be reminded before my subscriptions are delivered?
“We’ll send you an email reminder 5 days before your next Autoship order. From there, you can skip, edit, or cancel your subscription before it ships.”
Pricing & Discounts
Do you offer an Autoship & Save discount?
MexiEssentials offers a 6% discount on your first subscription with Autoship & Save and a 10% discount on recurring orders.
What happens if I subscribe to a product and the price changes later?
You will be notified about any price changes before we deliver the next subscription. The most recent price will be shown in the notification and charged unless the subscription is canceled or skipped.
Are there any membership fees for the Autoship and Save service?
No — Autoship & Save is completely free. You’ll always get at least 6% off (or the best web discount available at the time of delivery). Plus, you can edit your subscriptions anytime under My Account → Autoship & Save.
